We will always work in the best interest of our clients.
will deliver services to our clients with integrity, competence and objectivity
Services will be carried out by staff with appropriate training and accreditations
Commitments made to a client will be realistic and achievable
We will ensure that the client is aware of all fees and expenses before we commence work and will be appropriate for the work to be undertaken
The nature of our work means that we will sometimes face potential “conflict of interest” situations between our different business offerings. We will seek to avoid these conflicts by adopting the following practices:
We will not engage with a client through two routes at the same time (e.g. directly and via a partner, or via two different partners)
We will not supply or promote any of our 3rd party products whilst directly engaged as independent consultants.
We will only deliver both professional services and 3rd party products in the same project when engaged indirectly with a client (e.g. via a partner)
If any potential conflict of interest arises during a project it will be immediately reported to the client and resolved to their satisfaction.

Company information
NewField IT Ltd Registered Office: 243-253 Lower Mortlake Road, Richmond Surrey TW9 2LL. Registered in England No. 4001226
NewField IT are committed to offsetting carbon emissions. We recognise the environmental contributions to be gained from paper and print savings and like to put our money where our mouth is.
Supporting TreeDuty
For a number of years now NewField have supported Excellent Development’s TreeDuty scheme, planting rare, endangered and medicinal trees within protected forests in Kenya.
At Newfield we adopt a culture that fully encourages and empowers our team members to consider their individual environmental responsibilities, as well as the impact from the organisation as a whole encouraging their participation and support for environmental issues. As part of this, our contributions to Excellent Development are made on a per employee basis; to help compensate for individual carbon emissions we plant a tree on behalf of each member of our team each year.
We took the decision to save on waste paper by sending e-greetings cards to their contacts instead of posting printed Christmas cards. Since e-cards don't cost anything, NewField IT uses this saving to make an additional donation to Excellent Development to help us plant even more trees.
“Many of our clients are concerned about the environmental impact of office based printing which has been on the increase despite the improvements in electronic exchange. So rather than help these organisations just reduce their printing, we decided to show them a way they can put something back into the world by sponsoring Excellent Development. In line with NewField IT’s philosophy of innovation and dedication, Excellent Development also have a unique approach to improving the environment in Africa.”
Robert Newry, Co-Founder
About Excellent Development Excellent! Development is a registered charity, no. 1094478
Excellent Development supports disadvantaged communities in Africa to transform their environment sustainably and improve their water supplies, food production, health and incomes. The activities encourage farmers in Africa to gain access to clean water and grow enough food to eat and sell, enabling them to pay their children's school fees and buy other necessities.
Farmers achieve this by organising themselves into self-help groups and improving soil and water conservation and farming techniques. Soil and water conservation is achieved through the terracing of land, planting of trees and building innovative sand dams that hold between 2-10 million litres of clean water available all year round.
