Our professional services team provide vendor independent advice on managed print services, print cost audits, and systems design for printing and scanning applications. We have no interest in the provision of hardware so our advice is totally impartial.
We design and integrate a variety of print and document management applications. Linking together different print and document management applications such as secure printing, cost recovery and scanning, is increasingly complex, especially as there are no common hardware platforms. We have successfully designed and implemented systems in the most challenging and mission critical networks.
Designing and managing a new print infrastructure is best done with a 'bird's eye' view of user situation on a floor plan. We have developed a unique print asset management software suite that starts with a floor plan view from which all the device database information can then be accessed. Taking this approach delivers a true user based solution as well as ending the deterioration of the asset database because of poor location information.
