System Assurance Form (SAF)

Our System Assurance form (SAF) plays a vital role in all stages of the print system and solution integration project work, ensuring accurate configuration and quality throughout. It is a way of providing a signed-off scope, a place for implementation notes and sign-off and an invaluable record of the system in order to provide the highest standards of ongoing support.

We do typically recommend that print management software is installed on a server cleaned of legacy driver and tested prior to migration of users to the platforms.

The test environment therefore eventually becomes the production environment by migrating the users' print queues to the new server.
