  3. Forensic Analysis
    An analysis of your current print procurement process: existing contracts, purchase orders, and expenditure to determine the true extent of your current costs.
  4. User Interviews
    Our team will conduct interviews with key users, identified by the business or the Electronic Audit, to determine special requirements which may not be captured by the above processes. A combination of both face-to-face and web based questionnaires are used to get the most effective coverage and the appropriate level of detail.
  5. IT Review
    To obtain a full understanding of the IT strategy in your organization we meet with representatives of your IT department to document the current IT infrastructure. Future projects are noted and reviewed for their potential impact.
